Loan to Value – upto 75% (100% can be achieved IF additional security is provided)
Arrangement fee 1% – 2%
Term 15 -30 yrs
Interest only and Capital repayment available including capital repayment holidays
Rates start from 2% fixed and Variable
Valuation usually will be on Vacant Possession
Security
1st legal charge over subject property/any additional security being offered
If Ltd co – Debenture (mandatory) potentially personal guarantees
